Did we sign him ?

Re: CB Keenan Lewis is visiting....
Cox just signed with the Chargers. So now I guess its down to Asomugha or Lewis if we do sign someone.

Re: CB Keenan Lewis is visiting....
Looks like the run on the CB market has commenced. A lot of the supposed top guys got snagged up just over the last few hours here. As much as I'd like to see us sign one of these guys, I'm not getting my hopes up too high. Maybe we sign Lewis.. I think anyone else might be too far out of our price range, even Nnamdi.

Must have been a good meeting... negations? |
Re: CB Keenan Lewis is visiting....
I hope he likes his hometown. We could use him. I see him as a younger Greer.

Re: CB Keenan Lewis is visiting....
If both him and Nnamdi are both going to come cheap then try and see if you can get both (especially if you plan on getting a LT in the draft instead of FA). If you can get Nnamdi to take a 1yr deal and Lewis take a longer deal that is cap friendly for this year....both can be had. Remember Nnamdi is still going to get paid 4mil from the Eagles this year.
Think about it: RCB- Nnamdi LCB- Lewis Slot CB- Greer or Robinson Most likely we'll get one or the other but that would be crazy good if we could get both. Oh and I didn't know Nnamdi was born in Layfayette....he was raised in L.A. though so the homestate aspect really wont count as it would for Lewis. |

Honestly, I think that mostly likely they both end up signing elsewhere, but the optimist in me still holds on to the hope of signing at least one of them. |
