You mean waiting to see what Grimes would get in order to gauge how much he should get?

DRC got the same amount in Denver. That market has already been set. Maybe he's holding out for a long term deal, but that's unlikely if he's going about it that way.

He's loaded out the wazoo... and already getting paid for the year. Seems like he's just enjoying the off season.

Ok... here's what I don't understand about people saying the Falcons are having a great offseason: They are the exact same team if not worse now. Oh how awesome that they signed Steven Jackson!! Big whoop. They have lost 3 of their CB's in free agency and that's not just back-up players. I hope the Falcons are happy that after all of their whining last season that people didn't give them any respect now they're in the limelight. It's just gonna make it even sweeter when we whoop their ass next season as we usually do and all the analysts say "Well maybe the Falcons were a little bit overrated since the Saints had a lost season last year."

Were having a great off season because we replaced a crap running back with a slightly younger up-tempo running back, which fits our offense better. We signed a slightly younger veteran end to replace a DE that was very old and dinked up a lot. You said we lost 3 CBs like all but one of them was quality starters. Dunta Robinson was released because he was trash in zone coverage, Chris Owens was the #5 corner on our roster played more special teams than anything(you could replace him) and Brent Grimes played a total of 3 quarters last season. We still have time to sign another veteran corner or another end or we could even draft a corner or end with our 1st and 2nd round picks.

"Rise Up Nation!!!"
