Saints Free Agents you'll likely not see in a Saints Uniform Sgain

Due to salary cap and some "value" issues these are Saints players you probably not see in a Saints uniform again. Some of these names have fallen off of the radar because we didn't resign and no one has picked them up.

Sedrick Ellis

Devery Henderson

Elbert Mack

Dave Thomas

Scott Shanle

Nick Hixon

William Robinson

These FAs were picked up by other teams this season

Turk Mcbride - Bears
Jermon Bushrod - Bears
Chase Daniel - Chiefs
Johnathan Casillas - Bucs

Only one out of that list id want to keep would be elbert mack

In limited playing time he made the most plays in our secondary last season

Mack and Robinson could both be back and without any significant cap investments - I think Robinson played rather well in the limited snaps he had until he got injured.

And after one of our WR's doesn't make it through camp (again) re-sign Devery.

I agree since we have bad luck with WR staying healty I can see the Saints re-sign Devery sometime this season.

I'd prefer we bring back Greg Camarillo rather than devery, He served as an adequate short to mid range guy when he was played

I love what devery has done for the team and his attitude every year even though he didn't see the ball much but I think his skills have diminished and we shouldn't bring him back

Heck, I liked Mack. He looked good before he went down. I thought he showed lots of promise. Actually, I really thought he would have been signed by now.

He will be the first signed if Nnamdi chooses elsewhere.
