Could offer sheet be coming for Saints RFA RB Chris Ivory? He visited Jets Friday. Compensation would be second-round pick.

This would be fantastic if it really happened, but I don't think it will. I'm a big Ivory fan and I don't even think he's worth a second rounder... Then again, these are the same jets who traded for Tebow, so I suppose anything is possible.

I like Ivory as a player but id let him go in a heartbeat for a second or even a third.We cant afford to be paying $2ml for a role player.
Ingram needs to step up this year or be cut/traded next.
Ingram/Thomas/Sproles and Cadet are more than enough,though i wouldnt mind a very late/UFA big bodied back.

Love the guy but he gets injured a lot so far. I think the 2 would be worth more to us.

I don't see them offering up a 2nd rounder for him, but any offer really would be welcome, since it would definitely help with the cap situation if Ivory was to be moved.

I love the way he runs, but the Saints can afford to part ways with him.

Even a 4th or 5+7th wouldn't be bad business.
I don't see how we can afford him in $2ml to be a 4th option.
A 4th or 5+7th could get us our NT or another need and free up cap space.
