Fragmented, paranoid.

It looks like there is a lack of trust going on. It really looks like people are afraid of being scape-goated and labeled the next team cancer. So all public remarks are either very cautious or shifting the blame from whoever is talking. I don\'t think anyone could play well if they aren\'t confident that their team-mates/coaches have their back.

In short, I think the whole team \"hears footsteps\".
