This has become a stupid thread for anyone who hasn't had lunch yet!

Shrimp Poboy? Now I'm cravin' and a good thousand miles away from a good one!

Walter on our new burner...

144. Kenny Stills, WR, Oklahoma: A- Grade Receiver wasn't a perceived need for the Saints heading into the draft, but there was room for improvement with Devery Henderson gone. Kenny Stills was a fourth-round prospect, so New Orleans is getting good value with him.

We knew Sean wasn't going to get through this day without picking up another receiver. I'm reading evaluations of Stills that are all over the place. Anybody here actually watch this kid play?

Just curious Lee, are there soccer teams over there that get the Lion's share of media coverage while other good to elite teams from smaller markets get completely ignored?

The NFLN spent a good 3 mins talking about the Stills pick.

But saying how this pick affects Manti Teo, and how Manti Teo would have done if he was Kenny Stills, and how OU would have benefiited from Manti Teo, and how the Saints blew it by taking him instead of Manti Teo, and how Manti Teo would cover Kenny Stills doesn't count.:p

LOL!

I was shocked that it really was completely focused on Stills.

A's across the board except for Rufus:

Quote:

183. Rufus Johnson, DE/OLB, Tarleton State: C Grade
Rufus Johnson is the first rush linebacker drafted by the Saints, and it's a bit surprising that they waited this long for one. Johnson wasn't deemed a draftable prospect, so this is a pretty big reach.

Can a 6th rounder even be considered a reach?

I thought the 6th and 7th were where you picked projects and special teamers?

papz 04-27-2013 04:41 PM

Re: WalterFootball on our picks so far

We don't have a 7th round pick so if we were targeting him, we must really like him since we "reached" for him.

Roger tried to get us but we still have three picks that couldve possibly been in the first round. I cant wait for another super bowl. I just wish dude didnt shake his hand and snatched the number one shirt from him and walked off while palming his own balls, That wouldve been dope.

Not really. Though I do understand your frustration.

Don't agree. The draft was ok. We did not "kill" it
