How much would it cost to cut Harper next season if he doesn't perform/restructure this season?.

I can see him gone next year then with the cap looking a issue.
Hopefully if Ryan uses him as a blitzing Safety like Williams did there may be a little interest in him next year, might be able to get a trade. |

Even if he plays well, I can't see him getting that 8 million, especially since we have to sign some very very expensive free agents next year. Part of me wants to see him sign elsewhere so I don't have to keep reading uninformed posts about how bad he sucks. |
Re: Sean Payton Recaps 2013 Saints Draft Class
I think I'd rather see him play up to snuff and stop the he sucks posts that way.

It's interesting to hear thought process behind our drafting philosophy. Makes sense that as you go deeper into the draft and the highly touted, talented D1 picks come off the board, and as you begin looking at the smaller school prospects, you look for physical traits that would predict success for that position rather than just staistics. Many smaller school prospects may not have the sexy statistical numbers because of the lack of talent around them

"Say Malcom, we were wondering if it would be ok with you if we draft a safety in the first round?"
