Maybe this is the year we finally break the mold. You know, "We don't do well with DB's in the first round." "UGA defensive linemen." etc.

For every Tony Mandrich there is a Russell Wilson. The draft is a crapshoot. Historically picking a DT has a 40% failure rate. Do you not pick that position. You have to to play defense. IMHO we got late first early second rd talent in the 3rd rd. J.Jenkins was key piece of a dominant SEC derense. Like all of these DT he has weight issues.He has lost 40lbs getting ready to play NFL football. He will be a contributor to the success of our new defense.

Well, Vaccaro def has the talent to make that happen...but then again,so did S. Ellis. BTW,if you think that we f-up in the 1st rnd. because there was better talent on the board,go look at Ellis' draft scouting profile and highlights...you would swear this dude would be a beast in the NFL! You just never know what your getting. It's always a gamble.
