Thanks, Stealthman. I appreciate that a lot.
It sounds like his former coach really likes him. That's a good start, but the weight issue is scary and I do see it as a potential problem in the future. That's one tubby kid. |
Re: B&G.com Exclusive Interview: DL Coach for John Jenkins
All of our picks were great value picks. John Jenkins was a 1st round talent. I was shocked he slipped to us like that. He might start at DE in this 3-4, but we now have 3 DT who are versatile enough to play 3-4 DE and eat up space for our pass rushers. Look out for Tom Johnson too. He went to high school with my uncle. I guarantee he's the fastest big man we got.

Re: B&G.com Exclusive Interview: DL Coach for John Jenkins
John Jenkins Jingleheimer Smith. I don't see how anyone could be disappointed in drafting a garage door. Georgia had a great D last year and Jenkins was a large (and I mean that in so many ways) part of that. We needed another major appliance in the middle and while I was man crushing on Brandon Williams, I really didn't have a problem at all with his pick. Think about it. Hicks at end, Jenkins at NT and Armstead destroying people at LT could put us in the record books (in a good way for once) as killer third round drafters. We may just have to trade all of our picks for third rounders.

I prayed for a NT! Thank you Lord. Amen.

if he can plug a gap or 2 we may be able to let 1 of the four lbs to read where the rb will be headed, and pound clock his arse.
