No, actually they do not at all. As the title says its an investment, it's intentional, it's not accidental. When a team pours $ into a position it is making a statement about how that team feels about its importance. Whether it is $20m for 1 QB or $20M for 4 QBs, it's an intentional investment in the position they feel is most important on the field.
