I think you have to look at it from the standpoint of who has coached Greer during his NFL career.

I rather doubt it. Sean Payton had, had enough of Gregg Williams.

I had enough of Williams in the end, he got very predictable. He got that way in Jacksonville also. I thank him for the S.B. defense but we all should realize if Sharper wasn't there we would have probably not got there, I will always believe that. Sharper was the man!!

That year's defense limped into Seattle and got outplayed. The next season, lost to a very good SF team, on the road, in the last minute.

I thought you guys blamed those losses on Roman Harper, not Gregg Williams?

I can't fully blame Gregg, and idk why people are now. Our personnel just wasn't/isn't that good. Darren Sharper was the key. He brought turnovers and the same fire Gregg has. We lost him, and instead of trying to replace him we move Jenkins to his spot; we've been paying for it.

We've upgraded the personnel a bit and moved to a 3-4, and I feel if Gregg was the one who had to transition us to a 3-4 we'd be just as good with him as I think we're going to be with Ryan.

He did just enough to win a Superbowl........which was plenty at the time.
