Say what you want about Ingram; I thought he did his best running as the season progressed.

100% healthy and his first actual normal off-season, I think he's going to prove his haters wrong this year!

I'm not a hater. I'm a realist. Mark Ingram will never be a 1,000-1,200 yard 10-12 TD player. And that's what I would guess might justify the trade back into round 1...

He had 600 yards last year with 5 TDs... With the supposed emphasis on the running game this year, 10 TDs and 1000 yards is not that hard to fathom

With Payton back, and running as good as he did the second half of last season, 1,000 yards is probably a good bet.
