Shouldn't they care more than 4 wide receivers. If one goes down that could hurt their 4 wide out set. Sorry I don't know a hole lot about football. I just love to watch it. Also why do the have a 53 man roster but only carry 45 on game day?

We presently have 6 WR, and the 53 vs 45 is a CBA item and agreed to by the coaches.

As for as for why, that seems to be a mystery, I suspect cost.
