Re: Chris Chamberlain Cut from IR
So NFL teams don't know the extent of injuries to their own players?
Monty Python and the Search For The Holy Grail [ARTHUR chops the BLACK KNIGHT's left arm off] ARTHUR: Now stand aside, worthy adversary. BLACK KNIGHT: 'Tis but a scratch. ARTHUR: A scratch? Your arm's off! BLACK KNIGHT: No, it isn't. ARTHUR: Well, what's that then? BLACK KNIGHT: I've had worse. ARTHUR: You liar! BLACK KNIGHT: Come on you pansy! |

Can always use a Doors reference too.
Weird happenings. What didn't he disclose, do we have any idea? |
Re: Chris Chamberlain Cut from IR
If a player fails to disclose a injury shouldnt that make the contract void?

Re: Chris Chamberlain Cut from IR
Quote:
Playing Devils advocate one would have to prove he knew when he signed, and could you imagine the NFL contracts that would be negated because of "unknown" concussion issues? |

Chris Chamberlain’s agent to file grievance against Saints | ProFootballTalk
Linebacker Chris Chamberlain suffered a torn ACL last preseason with the New Orleans Saints that landed him on injured reserve for the entirety of the 2012 season. Chamberlain was once again placed on injured reserve during the Saints’ cut-down to 75 players last week. On Tuesday, the Saints released Chamberlain from their injured reserve list with a designation that he failed to disclose a physical condition. The move could allow the Saints to get out of financial commitments that were otherwise owed to Chamberlain. However, Chamberlain’s agent, Mark Slough, isn’t buying the reasoning behind the Saints move. Slough tweeted Tuesday that it was “bull” that Chamberlain had a prior undisclosed condition the team wasn’t aware of and they intend to file a grievance over the move. Chamberlain never appeared in a regular season game for the Saints but started 16 games over four seasons with the St. Louis Rams, His best season came in 2011 when he recorded 81 tackles with two sacks, a forced fumble and an interception before signing with the Saints in free agency. |
