Being sick of the negativity on here before the season has kicked off I decided to give you all some good omens for the season.
Feel free to add your own

1. The last time the Saints failed to make the playoffs the next year they won it all.

2.The last three season that Sean Payton has been with the team thet have made the playoffs.

3.The last time Meachem was a Saint they made the playoffs.

4. The last time the Saints started the season with a new LT was 2009 and a Superbowl was won.

5.The last time the NFC South was scheduled with the AFC East-Superbowl

6.Last time the Saints went throuhh preseason 3-1 with the final game loss to Miami-2009

Is anyone watching Shaun Phillips (OLB - Denver) in this game tonight? 2.5 sacks and a forced fumble so far.

Last time we had a new Defensive cordinator who looks like he eats small children for dinner along with everything else and had man boobs not named Spagnolo we won a Super Bowl.
Our defense sucked the year before too.
Not this bad though.

I saw the #67 everywhere during the year we won the superbowl. Same year the saints were created as a team. Im seeing the same this year. So much so that when I was entering the US from Japan last week I took a picture of the imigration desk I was in line for #67, and they called me to the side and promptly erased my ipad, lol.

ps as a side note, if you dont want to wait in line entering the US, take a pictures in line. They will escort you quickly to the head of the line. Works great.

One of the coaches in my club came up to me yesterday and said "congrats to the Superbowl, its only a formality now that you have Rob Ryan"

He called the last SB win before the season too. And he is no Saints fan. Just a great football mind.
