And someone else gets it. But if you use any player correctly you'll get better results. You don't use big backs as scat backs. you don't use small skinny RB's as FB's, you don't use OG's as OT's, you don't use DT's as LB's.
You get the best results when you use a SS as a SS. Troy Polamalu is a SS and a 1st ballot HOF'er. He looked lost when injuries forced him to play as a 2-deep safety.
Laron Landry is a very good SS, but would get toasted frequently if he played 2-deep all season, as he did when Drew roasted him a couple seasons ago. |
