I just realized something about Parys Haralson
 
and I'm not sure it's been brought up.

We play the 49ers this year. Maybe even twice, if things turn out in a certain way. Haralson was one of their smarter players from what I've read, so no doubt he knows their defense forward and backward.

It would be like us having to play a team after trading them Vilma or Harper.

And not just that but I bet he knows a ton about the Rams and Seahawks too and those are teams that have given the Saints a lot of trouble.

Parys just might be our best trade acquisition in recent memory.

Or Scott fajita, remember that browns loss...... If you think about it..... Curtis lofton, atl....David Hawthorne, sea...... And haralson's info will all probably be invaluable to us this season.

We have needed an LB from the 49ers for quite some time, haralson could be huge for us and we only gave a 7th rounder for him

I have always liked Haralson. I had him on a couple of my fantasy teams back in 2008 (yes, they were IDP leagues)

plus he plenty of extra time to learn the playbook and study film last year

That is a damn good point. Weather he does or doesn't, if we beat SF I will bet your ass that they will whine that he did just like the Falcons whined that McGowen tipped us off to their plays.
