Anyone heard anything on Blanco??

has Blanco come out and said anything lately about the Saints?? a couple of people i know were talking about it, saying she said the state's not going to give the Saints another penny. i looked elsewhere, but couldn't find anything. are they just misinformed?? (hopefully)
