Anybody care that Brady is almost about to brake Drew's TD in a row record? That was the lone bright point of our season last year.

Not the least. The only record that means anything is # of Super Bowls won. Everything else is a participation ribbon.

Our defense will have the chance to stop him, if it gets that far. I don't know that it will. Pats offense doesn't have a lot of juice this year.

I would rather him keep the record than win another game this season. Individual stats are what really counts.

The only streak I care about being broken this weekend involving brees is the 3 game streak of him throwing INT's.

Man, y'all can talk all that smack about a Superbowl and yeah, we know that's important.

But as a fan you gotta want the Saints to keep/accomplish "good" records as a team or individual.

The W/L record is the only one that matters. I'd like to see Drew keep every record he ever set, but I won't lose any sleep over it. Besides, losing a record to Tom Brady is nothing to sneeze at. Brady is one of the best the game has ever seen.

I would rather him not, but alas, Brady's soul purpose in life is to destroy hopes and dreams so I am fully expecting it to happen.

However, as we saw when he broke Peyton Manning's single season td record, no one much seemed to care. Breaking a recent record isn't as big a deal.

As an aside, damn that Falcons game.

I care only because Drew really didn't get the National attention that breaking that record deserved. It was listed as one of the top records that could never be broken in all of sports. Imagine if Brady would have broken it first. They would have blimps, jets flying overhead and on field ceremonies.

The storyline if we halt Brady in his tracks will be the signature etched in stone of our defense this year. Would love to see us stop him!

I could care less, it's not like Brady breaking the streak will ruin Drew's future H.O.F status...

Besides, I'm thinking Drew has much bigger things to worry about, like a second ring + SB MVP...

Drew broke Unitas' and Marino's records first. They stood for decades. That's why Tom breaking Drew's won't mean as much, although it is an exceptional accomplishment.

I hope Brady gets shut out. I don't want him to get the record, I'd rather Drew keep it. I'd like to see Saints get as many personal records as they can. Winning and personal records aren't mutually exclusive.
