You failed to include Haz. Damn shame.

I\'ll give Haz another year cuz he had too much on his plate being a GM, however if we are able to get Dave Wanstedt...I say jump on it.

The right guy for the job is Romeo Crennel. Defensive minded. Proven winner. Creative. Has access to the Patriots front office, coaching, and scouting talent.

Can you pick up a working coordinator midyear? I\'d fire Haz and everyone else and get Crennel in today.

I no longer matters if we lose a bunch this season. With Crennel on board for three quarters of a year firing real bullets and a full off season (instead of getting him in mid to late february after the Pats win the SB again) this team will be ready to go in 2005.

I\'m not sure about the rules, but in the Pats I see what happens when you have brilliant talented coordinators instead of the bums we have now.

Does anyone know if you can ask for permission to talk to an assistant mid-season? Can you hire mid-season?
