Who has broken our opponents will to play more, the defense or offense?

Should be a good discussion, our defense causing turnovers, red zone shut downs, and playing dominant with sacks... Or the Brees, Graham, Sproles machine humiliating defenses...

I think it depends on which games. Our first two games it was definitly our D, the last two games I think it was the O.

Our offense has taken its toll in the last 2 weeks but I see our Defense has broken the other team in 3 of the 4 games.. The Bucs being the only exception, that was a bar fight till the end.. Atlanta was expecting to see the perceived combination of bad Rob Ryan and the worst defense of 2012. They were mistaken.

I say D but that just puts the O back on the field so its definitely a combo of both.

I went for D and I will stick with that.

Opponents "knew" that our O could damage them. Oppenents "believed" our D would give them chances. Well our D ain't letting dem chances end up as points.

With the injuries on our D, and the mindset that this is last years defense, I think our offense has put the fear of God in our opponents. They quiver when they hear the names Brees, Graham, and Sproles.

The O is big. But the D has been getting the sacks & TOs to se them up & making the other QBs jittery.

It's like being stuck in quicksand watching a cheetah run all over the place , The Defense is quicksand , our Offense is an African Cheetah ...

They know they need to keep up but the defense demoralizes them because it reminds them they can't lol

so far i have not seen a team roll over and play dead for the saints.

Can'tlanta is the home of "false motivation" anyway, they come into a game with their "will" already fragile & damaged, keeping them out of the redzone is the straw that breaks the Failcons back, :lol:.

I chose defense because I'm thinking that will the offense is starting to warm up and intimidate teams, they're not 'breaking wills' until they're dropping 40-burgers.

The 30 burger is the new 40 burger!

It's lighter, leaner, healthier, but still full of flavor. I think it's something Payton cooked up during his year off. ;)

I voted offense because, no one out there is really talking about the defense, YET, but right now Jimmy Graham is demoralizing teams before they even step onto the field. They are losing their will to play the Saints, in the film room on Mondays and Tuesdays.

I'll accept that, especially since the Saints defense is limiting opponents to a diet of 18-burgers, :lol: ... it's good to be 5-0, :mrgreen:.

i'll even the score...i think the offense are doing its normal routine, so its expected.

you do not expect for the New Orleans Saints to totally dominate you on the defensive side of the ball.

our offense has always been our identity...the defense isn't exactly the '85 Bears but Rob has elevated the D to where it needs to be to keep the Drew and co fresh, especially on the road.
