I am bashing most NFC teams.

I can go down the list of problems and maybe we can draw some good discussions out of this.

Eagles - Andy Reid obviously not the problem, they have turned into the Falcons of the NFC East, Chip Kelly is not going to do anything with them either. Win the division? Keep wishing.

Cowboys - Scary team if they had some competent coaching, they got the tools, not the brains, Romo is the only QB who can throw for 4 TDs, 500 yards and still lose a game, Romo is a good QB for only 58 mins in any game, the last 2 he is too busy throwing the first 58 mins of the game away by throwing dumb picks. Defense? I think Rob Ryan in Dallas would of at least stopped Manning on a couple occasions, whatever Dallas has now, will be their downfall.

Redskins - How they got into the playoffs last year is beyond me, lets be honest here, RGIII will be out of the league within 5 years or less. I guess the Redskins beating the Saints in what I call an asterisk year is what allowed them into the post season, any other year and the Saints tear them up.

Giants - When you got no defense, you see that Eli is not half the QB his brother is. Could the Giants take over as the worst defense in the history of the game? They have not held an opponent under 30 pts this season.

Packers - I sometimes wonder where the 2011 version of this team went, they got the talent on both sides of the ball, but then seem to struggle, I begin to question is Aaron Rodgers getting a big ego? They cant beat 49ers or Bengals, 2 playoff teams from last year.

Vikings - mark this up as a win for any playoff team, they got 1 good player, and thats AP. Props to the coaching staff for getting as much blood out of the turnip as they can, especially last season getting to the post season with Ponder at QB.

Lions - This team would be good if they wasnt too busy trying to be like the Browns, they seem to be one of the more talented, yet most inconsistent teams in the NFL. Worse than the Falcons.

Bears - Lets be honest, this team is garbage even after a 3-0 start. Cutler is going to be Cutler, Defense went to **** once Urlacher left. They got a couple bright spots in Alshon Jeffery, if they continue to call plays like they have been doing, you can see them finishing behind more teams than just the Packers.

Cardinals - what can I say? They blow. However I believe they will at least finish above the Rams.

Rams - You think Jeff Fisher going there that they would be decent on defense, but no........sadly.....Spags got more out of that defense than what Fisher is getting. The way they lose games, they will be bottom of the division.

49ers - To put it short, Over achieving. I am quite tired of seeing it because they are just not that great, I believe soft scheduling has made them look way better than they are, that was apparent when they ran into Baltimore in the SB after having to go through some softies like Atlanta and GB. Neither of which has found a way in the last couple of years to beat good teams or has overachieved themselves.

Seahawks - Same as the 49ers, what we learning this year about Seattle outside the fact that they should be 3-2, is they cannot play on the road. I believing in due time we going to see both Wilson of Seattle, and Kaepernick of San Fran regress into where you will start seeing QB controversies once again. I am not scared of Seattle except when you got to play IN Seattle.

Falcons - We know too much about this team, talented, yet manages to stay bad. Remember those lucky games last year that Atl won in final seconds? Those games are there this year, but they not winning them, quite frankly those games last year Atl had no business winning either. This is the team that I know they are, sad, but true. Mostly thanks to a coaching staff and owner who just dont have it.

Bucs - If they ever get a QB, they will be good, they got good defense, some talent on Offense, but probably a headcase of a coach. Schiano is the weak link who has done absolutely nothing for that team.

Panthers - Sorry Scam Newton, I say Scam because if they had just half the QB Jake Delhomme was with that offense, the Saints would have way more problems with this team than what Atl spits out. But they too stubborn to get rid of Newton, Newton is why this team will no no where.

With that said..........This is who the Saints will face in the 2013 season playoffs with HFA.

Dallas - Divisional

Seattle - NFCCG

I could say 49ers in NFCCG.....its a pick your poison on this.

Well, that defense doesn't look to be very tough.

Romo is the least of their problems... Kiffen and company can't cover a sleeping baby.

Some interesting points. But I honk you are off on at least be Hawks. Their defense is a force &.we do have to play then in Seattle.

I hope that we find that the Sea home deal is a straw man.

The two places I would rather not have to play in as a visiting team this year are, in order, the Superdome and century link. I'll be there cheering my ass off or the Black and Gold on December 2nd.

Re: I am bashing most NFC teams.

Eagles have an atrocious defense that was already just as, if not more atrocious before he got there (on Andy Reid's watch) and Chip Kelly's the problem? They have 1 wide receiver for Vick to throw to and porous offensive line to protect him, yet they've been in pretty much every game but Chip Kelly is the problem? Anyway, they could definitely still win the division. It's a down year for the NFC East. Anybody could come out of there.

Which bring me to the Giants. Eli Manning throws interceptions. That's just what he does. He has three great WR's, with no running game and no defense to bail him out. He doesn't win shootouts. This team is picking high in the draft; but they'll bounce back next year. This year is just an anomaly like our past season.

The Cowboys lose yet again, but even though I'm not even close to being a Romo fan, how can I blame him for his defense allowing 50+ points when he had 500 yards and 5 TD's? You throw the ball that much you're bound to get picked off eventually. The Cowboys are a dangerous team; but bad coaching and a meddling owner is holding them back.

RGIII will be out of the league in 5 years? Gtfoh. In 5 years when Brees, Brady, and Manning are gone he'll be one of the top 5 best QB's in the NFL. Rodgers, Luck, RGIII, Wilson, and Matt Ryan (with a good coach). And this is yet another case of a team having a horrible defense, but the 2nd year QB coming off knee surgery, with his number 1 receiver being Pierre Garcon is the problem...quick, name 2 other receivers from the Redskins off the top of your head! GO!

Never doubt the Packers and Aaron Rodgers. They have flaws; but so does everybody else. INCLUDING the Saints. No bash zone.

Viking with Josh Freeman? Just maybe...I'd keep them in my peripheral.

The Lions are my sleeper team. Give them Calvin Johnson and Nate Burleson on Sunday against the Packers and I believe they win that game. I also believe they could win that division. I ALSO believe they could give the Saints some trouble. No bash zone.

The Bears have Jay Cutler. They'll win games; but who cares. Like I said, they have Jay Cutler. End of story. No threat.

The Cardinals need a QB. They're a QB away from contending.

The Rams need offensive firepower. And I don't believe in Jeff Fisher. Where ya' Super Bowl rings at coach?

The 49ers will remain a scary team on defensive power alone. You can't count them out. They get Frank Gore and Kap going and they can kill the clock and dominate time of possession. With Anquan Boldin, Michael Crabtree, and Mario Manningham...they'd be one super stacked team. Lucky for us, injuries have taken a toll. Who you can you throw toooooooo, when you need yardssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss...either way, no bash zone.

The Seahawks. Another high powered defense. Offense? Not so much. I think they have more trouble winning on the road then we ever had. Even still, they deserve respect, and shouldn't be bashed. No bash zone.

The Falcons will rebound next year. I'm enjoying this porous season though. LMFAO! Bash away.

The Buccaneers...smh. Fire that coach and they'll be alright.

The Panthers...smfh. Fir that coach, and they'll be decent. Get some receivers and they'll be good. Fix the secondary and they'll be elite. It's a lot to do. And no, I don't blame Cam Newton.

Yep, the hot/cold Lions, that's what I see shaping up in the NFC North and the playoffs may very well be a repeat of 2011, except this time they'll have a run game.

Seahawks/Forty-Niners are the teams that are gonna' be trouble, hopefully they beat up on themselves enough prior to the postseason.

Re: I am bashing most NFC teams.

Seahawks at home are scary. But some of our players have won there before.
I think it was '07?, when we started 0-4, they were the first of a 4 game win streak for us--- we beat up on them nicely on a sunday night, I think. Pierre Thomas recovered a bad snap on a punt to start the thumping. But they are badasses now. Nothing would make me happier than to go up there, and kick their azz.

49ers also are scary--- they play like a swarm of bees on steriods. I cant wait
till the 49er game. We're gonna have to put our jox on straight.

Lions can beat anybody any day. Dont go to sleep w/ the Lions.... (isnt that a song?)

The Panthers punked us twice last year. I want revenge.

Dont think for a minute the Falcons wont be pumped up when they play us. Unless their crowd turns on them. If we get a fast start, then we would be ok--- I think their crowd would work against them. But if they do something good early, they could be trouble--- They suck this year, but consider our history with the Falcons. It doesnt matter who's good, and who sux.

I don't think so Xan. I think he is opening the floor for discussions on the teams in the NFC. His evaluation was pretty good in my opinion. Although, I don't know much about teams that we don't play.:bng:

right now (and it's early) I say we see the seahawks in the NFCCG.
Hopefully in the dome because whomever has homefield is going to the dance.

Exactly. Last time I looked, Romo don't play defense. As a matter of fact, to put up the stats he did in that game and lose, somebody needs to be fired and it's not Romo. The talent on that team is being wasted with a crap HC.

Tin foil hat thought; the only reason Ryan got fired and not Garrett is because firing Garrett would have made Jones look stupid after all the lip service he gave him. The funny part is though, Jones already has looked stupid for a very long time.

I also dont personally think Cam is the issue. They have zero weapons outside of Steve Smith. There running backs are mediocre and waaay overpaid. The TE is ok but the receiving core has been ignored way to long.
