Fine Fifteen
6. New Orleans (6-1). The more I watch this team, the more I think about 2009. Only with Jimmy Graham, Kenny Stills and Darren Sproles as upgrades over their peers of four years ago.

Our dline is better too

Re: Fine Fifteen
Very uncommon thing going on with the D. I posted before the season it seldom happens that a new, even with experience, DC has much success the first year. I think it's maybe 20% of the time they make the playoffs...we're not there yet but we are beating on the door with two fists. This team won't be as magical like that team but I could see them being better overall.

Peter King is useless

Re: Fine Fifteen
I think our overall D is better aswell, 2009's D lived off turnovers and sometimes struggled to get teams off the field on 3rd down
Plus in 2009 we gave up over 25 points a game, we only allowed 1 team to score above 17 on us this season |

Re: Fine Fifteen
One difference I'll point out is that that year we beat New England.
That season we also had some spectacular plays and ball bouncing in our direction. Example - the INT by the Redskins followed by the strip and TD return on in the same play. |
