Re: What to do with #33
The TD that got called back against the Bills is first time I remember him getting completely burned. The one against N.E. was just a great pass and catch. He had good position, missed deflecting it by about two inches.
We can't have Superstars at every position. Greer is solid. |

Really? Corey did all he could to give the game away last week.

Re: What to do with #33
He had a few good plays. His height works against him. No doubt

Re: What to do with #33
What!!!!! Greer is a beast out there,, if he is the weakest link our defense is #1 (actually top 5 in pass defense)
|
Re: What to do with #33
This is junk. Greer may have lost half a step and he may not be a true #1 corner anymore, but he is still a really good player and I would wager in the top 10% of corners in the NFL.

Re: What to do with #33
Greer has lost a step but there is no way I'd let him out of the game. The only reason he is seeing more his way is because Lewis is doing so well on the other side. Remember, Greer WAS our #1 corner till we got Lewis. Keep him in.

Re: What to do with #33
Nothing, he's on contract until the end of the year; he's a great, experienced veteran adding quality depth to a critical position; he's a great teammate and role model for younger players...
You do however, spell his snaps with Corey White so the White can get experience and you can scout him for draft need analysis and projecting the roster, depth chart forward... This is exactly the kind of problem you want your team to have... |

If I had to guess what to do with #33, I'd say extend his contract. |
