I'm a little surprised by this move but it makes sense if you think about it in terms of which DB's were getting the least playing time. Bush has become a fixture in the lineup, Jenkins and White seem to be splitting time at the nickel, and they obviously like Sweeting enough where they're thinking long-term with him.
