You have to say this organization is patient with players, and Galette fits the mold.
Meachem and Bushrod were rarely activated as rookies, we waited on Devery, had Strief on ST and as TE eligible, used Moore as a 5th receiver, and so on and on

True, many think that if players don't succeed in year one, they're busts. I can understand due to the instant success Colston, Evans and Nicks had, but they are truly the exceptions to the rule.

Thats why I always thought Armstead was a 2014 (or real late 2013) contributor.

I think we haven't seen the best of Stills, JJenkins and Vaccaro yet, by a long shot.
