Not all receivers have the luxury of knowing exactly where the ball is going to be almost every time they are targeted. That's what makes a QB elite. The knock against Matt Ryan is that he's surrounded by elite pass catchers and doesn't make players better... As evidenced by this season when he loses Julio and Roddy he completely melts down.
