Jahri may miss this week so it looks like lelito will be filling in for him

Lelito is a pretty good player to be fair

Re: Final Injury report

Not too surprised we are banged up... Played a very physical game and then you head into a short week. If we weren't playing til Sunday I think everyone on this report would play, but I imagine we will be missing Evans and Sproles at least.

Not impressed with Lelito. He got is butt handed to him against the Cards, he gave up 3 sacks in his only start.

Yeah it was pretty brutal. Especially early on in that game, he settled down, but rough all around.

I would be worried if he had to start and play an entire game again.

Who is it that I'm thinking of then? we have another guard that came in during a preseason game and did a great job?

Not sure Lelito did well against the scrubs but in his first start he was awful. That can change and he could get much better of course but I would rather see Harris start being that he has more experience and is much bigger. To be honest I would like to see Strief start over Grubbs and Armstrong start at RT. Zack and Evans would make a very large pair to help our running game.

I would hate to see our line take and steps backward as it seems to be improving a lot over the last few weeks. I hope that trend continues and we run the ball down their throats. Here is to another 100+yd game for Ingram lol.

I'd imagine the staff didn't think Lelito would be forced into action as soon as he was. He beat out some pretty good interior talent to make the 53. I expect he'll get better and better every time he gets a chance.

Harris is an OT. Not sure he has that phone-booth power to excel inside. But I remember Strief commenting on how much Harris progressed and he expected good things out of Harris.

Harris and Lelito making the 53 over Jones and Tiller tells me they see something special.
