Looks like he's starting to get the recognition he deserves, the announcers wouldnt stop talking about him last night

He is phenom, but I will tell ya the truth, dlines are always a collaborative effort, and if your tackle isn't doing well or the other end, makes it hard for you, but absolutely phenom player! Our dline as a whole is what has changed most for us, plus we have some athleticism at LB

I played both.. o-lines are a collaborative effort, with out unison there are holes. D-lines are a different animal, and in the case of your pass rusher what the tackle on the other side does is irrelevant. Its an island where the DE faces his blocker or lack there of and goes after the prize.

He played in a 3-4 in college, the switch has allowed him to blossom this season

What I love about him is he can come off the edge or line up at defensive tackle in a 4-man line. It makes things a lot easier for the rest of the d-line when the other team can't pigeonhole where your best pass rusher is going to be.

The fact that was highly touted as a run stopper and has shown that in the NFL makes him the 2nd best DE, only behind JJ Watt.

If he ever learns to bat down balls, I'll put him 1st ahead of Watt.

He did defend a pass last night, so maybe he is on his way to doing that as well.

Really, go ask Clyde Simmons what happens when you don't have Jerome Brown and Reggie White on the same line with you. You drop from like 19 sacks to 5...

Foster does have 3 sacks. Tyrunn Walker will get more playing time now, assuming he's healthy.
