Your fav play from last nite

so many to choose from...

I am going to focus on the ATL blunders
1) Trufant getting stiff-armed by Colston for a first down
2) Trufant getting LEVELED by PT's stiff arm on the 18 yard run
3) Smith's decision to kick a 52 yard FG inside 2 1/2 minutes
4) Matilda Ice's slide at end of 1st half

yours was?

The Graham RAC on the sideline before he went out-of-bounds...

Graham's catch on a double move and then dragging the corner to the endzone

I was really surprised he didn't get a flag there

Watch for the "Jimmy Graham" penalty to get passed this offseason, NFL can't allow players to have fun after they score a touchdown

The way he came from the sideline and just kind of nonchalantly took his time going about it, as if to savor the moment, I thought for sure they were gonna' flag him, ... and agreed, you know the 'dunk' is gonna' go the way of the 'spin'. It's a shame, those were really the only two celebrations I liked.

My Favorite play was that screen that Atlanta ran, the one where Keyunta Dawson quit rushing the QB and stripped it from behind with Corey White getting the recovery.

They were on our side of the field and that recovery stopped their scoring threat

The missed field goal was nice too

Mine is the 1st forward lateral on the last play of the game. Game over.

I think there were two forward laterals-- it looked like a JV team

There was a bunch.
Either the missed FG or any one of the Ryan sacks.

Easily Graham on that long run where he drug/ran through a few Falcons. You thought he was going to step easy out of bounds and all of a sudden he just turned on the Jets. Not bad for a guy with a bum foot.

His stiff-arm on that play actually spun the defender around, he had no idea where he was for a second... :bandg:

The last play of the game. Watching those s.o.b's run around like a dysfunctional team.

There were actually three. LOL!

I'm saving that on my DVR for a while. Too funny.

I've got three favorites:

First, when PT caught that wheel pass in the flat on a reverse pirouette - that beautiful move allowed him to get up the field and convert...

Second, Colston caught a short in and stiff armed his way to a first down - this was reassuring because I want us to be a physical team come playoff time...

Third, Jimmy tilting the field goal on a post-touchdown jam...

Oh, yeah, leaving the field goal tilted - can't believe we didn't draw a flag...

...that play and the resulting tilted field goal encapsulated everything we've done to the Falcons with Coach at the helm...

The final "Fail Mary" I couldn't stop laughing. It was quite pathetic.

ATL had us inside our own 5 yardline, and it was 3rd and 17 or something crazy like that.

A screen pass to Pierre Thomas, and PT turned it into a first down.

Re: Your fav play from last nite

I didn't see who it was, but somebody on the D got a *nice* shot on Ryan on that last crazy play with all the laterals. It was in the edge of the TV screen, they just levelled him, plowed into him right in front of the sideline... I think it was even in front of the Falcons' bench, and there was nothing that could be done, because Ryan was a blocker at that point instead of a QB. They popped him good! Great end to the game! Reminded me a little bit of the McCray hit on Warner.

Still can't get over that move PT made to spin and get up the field...

The look of Art Blanc at the end of the game when he knew it was over.

Re: Your fav play from last nite

My favorite play was late in the first half, the falcons had driven down the field, it was third and goal on the Saints 10 yard line. Ryan sets up in the shotgun, he gets the snap, the pocket starts to collapse on both sides so the takes off up the middle of the line. He gains four yards and then slides at the feet of two Saint defenders.

In his house, against his teams arch rivals, with a go ahead touchdown in front of him, he laid down.

That'll be one of my favorite plays for a long time.

That was no corner.

That was their all world safety William Moore. And he's a thumper (remember the hit on Ingram when he embarrassing leveled him in the game at the beginning of this season?).

Makes that play all that much more impressive.
