Another Seahawk Suspension - Brandon Browner

Now Brandon Browner is getting done for PED's when he got caught last season, surely the NFL should be investigating the seahawks by now. Whats that, 8 or 9 players so far?

Browner was nursing a groin injury anyway, was not expected to be ready until mid-december, just think its a little weird how many of their players are getting caught taking this stuff

How are we to know that the PED's aren't speeding up his recovery time?

The Seahawks currently carry only 9 DBs on their 53 man roster.

5 CBs. Two of which won't be available of course for the Saints game.

So they will be forced to play these guys for probably 75 % of the defensive snaps:

Byron Maxwell, 3rd year Clemson
Jeremy Lane, 2nd year NW State (La.)

I expect the Seahawks to play a lot of zone, so I expect the Saints to be scheming for heavy zone defense.

Go back and watch the final 4 games from last year when both Thurmond and Browner were out and Lane and Maxwell were called into duty. You won't see a lot of zone, and I wouldn't expect to see much this year either. Certainly the Saints have a better passing attack than the teams we played then, but we are built to play press man, and even our backups are geared that way.

Let's see them consistently contain Moore, Stills, Meachem, or Colston strictly in man. But wait, then you have Graham you have to deal with...
