this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; i am sticking with Mostly cloudy rain tapper off by game time Temp about 40 to 45 degrees slight gusty wind conditions nothing really major no fog in the forecast either with a low around 31....

Weather.com has it at 39 degree at game time with 10% chance of precipitation becoming a 0% as the game advances. Winds are not expected to exceed 4 mph throughout the game with a low of 35 degrees.
