Never fret, we are on the same page with respect to replacing the coaches. The only point I was trying to make is that improvement could be had now - even without a coaching change. Sure they may have to pull their heads\' out of their arses, but it is possible. Unlikely, but possible.

Five Things That Would Make Us Better...
 

The biggest change that I feel would make us better would be to see a definative leader step up and show fans some order from all the chaos. I just want one guy to say \"alright, let\'s get this done.\" I see tons of heart in alot of our younger guys, but no one person has claimed that mantle yet.

2nd- yes, better blitz packages are a must. Few years back it got Clemons a huge contract with the Texans. We have way better talent now. Ruff could fill that role well since he is our \"run stopping LB\" (if one exists)

3rd- Line.....Block For God\'s Sake!!! Drop Riley and give Stinky a try. I loved the idea of drafting him, now give him a chance.

4th- Run Duece Run!!! -- We have one of the best running/pass catching backs in the league. Use him and stop all this jackassery. If someone would have let me know that to give up Smith meant getting a beast like Karney instead, I\'d have dropped Terrelle like Stallworth does a 5 yard slant pass.

5th- Show life, play the game, and most of all have fun. More often than not I see the guys wandering about. Seems like they are just going through motions.

#1 Get Stallworth his own personal juggs machine & make him use it hell instead of fineing him for drops put incentives in his contract for more money for each game with more than 6 catches & 0 drops.
#2 Do whatever it takes to persuade Ron Wolf to come be the GM ala Jim Finks.
#3 Make Sully get a real job for min. wage in the offseason & see if that will make him wake up and play.
#4 FIRE both McCarthy & Venturi & replace with somebody that knows something about being a coordinator in the NFL.
#5 Trade all of our 2005 Draft picks to move up & draft Cedric Benson......just playing my computer must have been infected with a Ditka virus.... But really #5 have Wayne Gandy\'s fingers amputated in the offseason & he will be an All-Pro again.
