I put NFLN on first thing this morning just in time to watch Sapp and Irvin do some stupid little bit where they stand at a podium and do some stupid bit where when they finish one of indecipherable remarks they do some kind of thing together with their hands then walk while off while spouting more idiocy.

This has to be the dumbest thing you'll see all week. Although it could be even stupider if Dieon Sanders were involved. They make Espn's idiots look positively brilliant.
