Can Reggie Bush outrun Deuce??
 

OK in the interest of having a new thread that doesn't dwell on today's suckfest, it seems that Reggie is catching up to Deuce.

Deuce played 8yrs for us and I believe he ended up with 55 TDs.
Bush is 1 game short of finishing his 8th year and he has 54 TDs.

Maybe it shouldn't matter but I hope Reggie doesn't score again until next year. Deuce is my favorite draft pick. I hope things are going k these days for him.

If I got the stats wrong then go ahead and correct me. I'm obviously combining the TDs.

You're right about that 656. Although Bush did show some toughness by surviving the Sheldon brown hit in that same game.

They are two wholly different types of backs and pretty much impossible to compare. I'm just very happy they were Saints at one time in their careers.

Different running styles
Different physical attributes
Utilized differently

Only thing we can know for sure is about 6 weeks ago bush said he will not fumble for the rest of the season

He's fumbled about 5 more times since then

And yet we can still count the total number of TDs they score. That was the point of the thread. Well, that and to have a thread about something other than the last loss. McAllister>Bush for now but Bush has 1 more game.

Deuce scored ALL of his TD's for the Saints. Really, Bush doesnt matter anymore.
