How, if we finish 10-6, SF loses tonight, then they tie Arizona?

We would be 10-6 and both of them would be 10-5-1.

New Orleans clinches NFC South division and a first-round bye with:

1) NO win + CAR loss

New Orleans clinches a playoff spot with:

1) NO win OR

2) NO tie + SF loss or tie this week OR

3) NO tie + ARI loss or tie OR

4) ARI loss OR

5) two SF losses

Im not too fussed about the NFC West win /loss records. If we can't beat Tampa at home in the Mercedes, we really dont deserve to go to the playoffs.

The pain would be better in the long run than backing in.
