Was listening to Sirius NFL Jim Miller about Orton. He compared him to the situation with Cutler and McCown.

Paraphrasing...
Orton is a smart player, a game manager that can execute a game plan to near perfection. He should put up similar numbers to Romo with all those weapons at his disposal.

Its gonna all be about Dallas' defense. Orton won't be the reason they lose.

If Dallas can find a way to stop somebody, anybody on D they have a legitimate shot at beating Eagles. This could be the week for a Philly let down.

But who would you rather play in the playoffs?

Dallas at their comfy stadium that we own? Or in Philly where it will likely be freezing cold, snow and wind?

I'd much rather play in Dallas, I'm 99% positive we'd win by 3 scores.

Not even with Romo. The Eagles O is starting to click. That Dallas D couldn't stop molasses in January much less what the Eagles are about to throw at them.

I think Dallas has a better chance of beating Philly without Romo than with him. Romo tends to choke at the worst possible times. I have never heard that said about Orton. And for the record, Philly's defense can't stop anybody either.

I was thinking that too, but just wasn't sure. Romo has the ability to put up 40 burgers, but as you said can choke a game away like few we've ever seen

Orton doesn't have the physical gifts romo has, but at least he won't choke as much as Romo.
If it's a shoot out, Romo probably is the better choice. If Dallas can keep it in the high 20s or low 30s, Orton may be the better choice, if that makes any sense.
