I am crossing my fingers that maybe this team will be a dominant force on the road and not polar opposites for the playoffs.

this team can certainly go and win vs almost any team in the playoffs in the NFC with Seattle being the toughest which if we beat Philly, thats where we will be going.

What sucks is that we have to fly all the way to Philly, then if we win fly all the way back, then all the way to Seattle. Being the 6 seed blows.

If I were GM I would fly to Philly today, immediately after the Philly game fly to Seattle.

The more time they have the more settled they are in the host city the more it feels like home and the less the travel has effect on game day.

Would they have a practice field though? Practicing on their practice field is the reason they stay in Nola for the week.

NFL teams used to find College or HS fields to practice on all the time. It can be done... easily.

I dunno, I was of the opinion that maybe the problem with road games was that the players are either much quicker or much slower on real turf as opposed to dome turf thats being used which throws the offense out of rhythm. But I dunno.

7 days between games, just like regular season
2.5 hours to Philly, 4 to Seattle- no big deal
