Ryan is not going anywhere unless we fire him. He still has something to prove as a DC and doesn't have the offensive resume' to be a HC.

We need to give Carmichael the play calling ability. Please so help me God. Carmichael is the guy who unleashed the inner beast in Brees. Then when Payton and Brees leave in the sunset make him HC
