Charles Hawkins PS

I don't see much info on our practice squad. I know that Andy Tanner and Marcel Jones are guys that make the headlines or are brought up in convo.

Today I was kinda scanning our roster and PS and saw Charles Hawkins. He's a WR that is 5'8" 180 lbs. That's small in NFL standards! Does anyone know anything about this guy? A KR/PR maybe?

Local kid. Raw, small and fast. Claimed him from Detroit I think but he has been with a few teams. 4.43 guy that needs lots of work.

Maybe they can use him on the scout team for DeSean Jackson...about the same size.

Special teams speed and size. If they can develop his vision he could be a return guy
