PS - Haslett has now gone 4 straight years where his team was 3-5 or worse in half the season. Who wants another year?!?!?!

I'll tell you right now, I've been with this team for a long long long time. If JH is back next season, I might not be.

Before I go off, I have not been able to watch the game living in San Antonio and I only got what I could get off NFL.com stats, but how much of this loss was Brooks\' fault? His numbers look terrible and I usually don\'t blame him, but it appears he had a horrible game. Is it on the O-line cause Deuce did not do much better? Our lbs stood no chance against Gates. Just ridiculous.

O-LINE was playing like they had something against brooks. Defense was playing like....well our defense.

as far as brooks his numbers r bad. he made one stupid play in the first half but he hasnt had any time. they have been all over us.. o line isnt doing crap.

whodat i would agree with u but i think it was 2 years agao when we went 9-7 we started 6-2.

With 8 minutes to play, he\'s probably got 1 more sack and 1 more int/fumble in him.

It does look like the o-line is punishing him for something.

Anyone want to get a pool going on whether there is another shouting match with Brooks and someone on the plane ride home?

Everyone from Loomis down is to be fired. No Exceptions. This game was ridiculous.

Benson should sell the team. I will make it my life\'s mission to buy the Saints.

I agree the staff has to be changed. How did we let all those great defensive players enter into free agency and not even make an offer. JH must go, but we also need to make some serious moves toward beefing up ... I mean GETTING a defense.

This loss was a total team loss. No one played well. That said, I have never seen a QB step and throw backwards at a lineman. Not sideways, not kind of slightly backwards, but back to the line of scrimmage, overhand, at Wayne Gandy. Then they both just looked at each other as Deuce chased after the live ball. These are our New Orleans Saints.

Pathetic -- I have never been so depressed about the Saints and their chances as I am now (and I have been around since the beginning -- saw Tom\'s 63 yard kick -- saw Archie\'s first game where he beat the rams in the last second with an end run --) but this is terrible. I can accept losing but I cannot accept it when they give up in the middle of a game -- or as I expect the rest of the season. Haz has no control over the team --- I think he should be fired now to give the new coach the rest of the season to truly evaluate the team. I would trade 1/2 the team but who would want them
