looked like Wr Harvin concussed on Bush legal hit

clear to me he was concussed on yes legal Rafael Bush hit an again in the endzone hit.Now when lewis dinged hes out the entire game.with harvin looked like he was not even out the 20 min to be checked out rule.Take back the Bush flag take away 3 points. With Harvin out = to another 3 points. The Refs allowed seahawks to mug saints receivers all day then on a ticky tack call throw a flag on Moore for pushing off.looks like refs told to help seahawks win.Articles are online about the Refs allowed seahawks mug receivers all season.Patriots allowed to mug graham no call on holding on bradys last play TD pass.Carolona allowed to mug Patriots TE only because it hurt Saints as old roger did not want Saints to win division.roger at saints Eagles game with Lewis out almost cost us game with Lewis not allowed back in.yet Harvin not even out 20 min.a Carolina loss to patriots a saints win over patriots seahawks not allowed to cheat all season games called fair they win only 10 or 11 games in regular season the Saints have home field all playoffs an a one week bye to get well .But Just nuts me as i still think more than one shooter of JFK in 1963.:mad::mad::rolleyes:

Now If its Colston taking a concussed hit he would have been out entire game.I think Lewis was full practice all week he had more of a neck injury not not worse than the concussed hit on Harvin lets see if harvin is full practice all next week.

Clearly you're frustrated.

Be more angry that we put ourselves in bad spots, not the refs.

I agree with some of things you're saying, but we had soooooooooo many opportunities that game. I didn't think the officiating was bad.

Re: looked like Wr Harvin concussed on Bush legal hit

The Saints were red hot going in to the patriots game something had to be done to stop them as old Roggger knows saints with home field playoffs an a bye week could lead to his nightmare come true hand Benson lombardi in new york.Last play junior had a beeline to brady:help: held in choke hold an by waist band could put it in training film for all levels of REFS when you see this throw flag.despite hold junior still almost gets to brady throw flag saints win.

The Bush hit, as much as I like it was illegal according to the rules. You cannot hit a receiver in that position in the neck or head area, which he did. What you could discuss is whether the rule is correct or not. But seeing what the outcome is from those typ of hits I would say I'm for that rule.

Really the officiating was typical in this game like it was all season long.

Its not really about what they called, what they didnt call.

You could tell Vegas influenced this game when you can get Pass Interference called on Offense but never get it called on Seattle's defense once throughout the entire game. It seems referees for whatever ****ing reason, WILL NOT, REFUSE to call Pass Interference, Hands to Face, Holding, Illegal Contact, any of those penalties on Seattle, and really has anyone seen the officials throw the flag for that on Seattle this season?

With all of that plus all the Adderall cases, is it a wonder that defense plays the way it does? Its literally like having 11 artificial machines out there and they could take out that 11 and put in another 11 and get the same result, its not talent nor is it skill either, its a team we going to be hearing about in a couple years similar to the Bounty gate crap.

Sorry, sounds like sour grapes. We don't trip on our wang we're in pretty good shape. We take care of the football, make our field goals, we win. We Lost, time to move on. Can't blame Vegas, Adderall, Goodell. We played in Seattle because we didn't take care of business. Our fault, not Seattle's.

we played in Seattle because THEY wouldnt let us take care of business, like in New England.

Well we know about that, sadly it took the WSJ to talk about how you may get called for 1 PI but not 10.

ESPN or no one else will mention it.

Who is "THEY"? Were THEY also at St Louis? how about New York? Time to quit placing blame and move on. Seattle's hurdles are going to come to light shortly. They have a ton of young talent on rookie contracts, they don't have the 100 million man, they have signed veterans at basement prices. They are going to have some tough decisions in the next couple of years.

Aww, come on, can't we blame Goodell just a little?

Re: looked like Wr Harvin concussed on Bush legal hit

They is the ones who run the nfl see the most hated team on a red hot tear to me rig the outcome in new england help the division rival beat patriots an patriots screamed like a stuck pig.but they should not nave complained as the refs gave them a game then took one from them. You can make a case the turn to allowing mugging recivers was aimed at the one team left who had a stud Te jimmy.yep rams had Saint number but early on to conspirsey minded me a lot was done to keep saints from having home field thruout playoffs.Top it by comparson between how lewis an harvin was handled.Still i think more than one shooter of JFk in 63.:help:

Re: looked like Wr Harvin concussed on Bush legal hit

I thought the Bush hit was legal as well. From what I can remember, Bush hit Harvin with his shoulder in the chest. But then again, if Brees got the benefit of the call in the San Fran game at home, then I could see how the Bush hit was flagged. Both hits were in the chest area where the head snapped back. You just can't make the big stick anymore.

I also agree that the officiating was less than stellar... but when is it ever perfect? If we were able to run the clock out in both the New England and Carolina road games, yesterday's game would have been at the dome. Remember, we were winning both games inside of two minutes with a chance to run the clock out, yet could not pick up a first down when we needed it.

Its always hard when the season ends.

Bang, bang plays - especially ones that cause the head to "whip" back - will always be flagged. They happen too quickly and without the benefit of review (hindsight) they'll usually be incorrect.

This is a debatable topic however I like what I see from Bush. This guy is not afraid to light your a** up and I think that hit set the tone all game long. Rarely did you see any Sea chicken WR's going across the middle.

Don't forget we get Kenny V back as well. The future looks bright at the safety positions. I can't wait to head back down for training camp.
