go back to the old overtime system. full qrts play till you win. enough of this pansy crap this aint soccer. if the stars are tired and beat up you play the bench. if it is that good of a match up then the deeper TEAM wins

let the defensive secondary play ball. enough of the points for ratings crap

de-pansify the league. players turn down life time insurance then so be it.

i will stop here at snot bubbles are a good thing

I tyhink the best idea is to make the referees full time employees. Hire young athletic people, train them continuously and make them absolute experts on exactly how to enforce every aspect of every rule. Evaluate them relentlessly. Make them the best of any league. (Ya bastiges)

Expand the draft a round

Environment:
1. Effective immediately crowd noise rules will be enforced once again.

2. All grass fields will be converted to turf.

3. Violations of the Leagues PED rule call for immediate 16 game suspension with no pay. Head coach gets 4 game suspension. Period.

4. Instant Replay is no longer conducted by the referee on the field. Head office does it, in NY, by a Panel of 7.. Most votes is the decision.

Game Play:
1. Keuchly Rule - If the receiver does not have the ball, you can not tackle him in the endzone.

2. QBs can get hit once again...

3. No more Over Time. get it done in regulation or its a tie.

4. ALL playoff games are held on a neutral field that is owned by one of the play off teams... E.g. Denver vs New England would have been in New Orleans and New Orleans vs Seattle would have been in San Francisco.

CBA:
1. Goodell is no longer the appellate for any Goodell decisions.

Extras:
1. No more Pro bowl - Each year the Pro Bowl players will go to a different rotational stadium (all 32) and meet the fans, for pictures, autographs, and bromance.

Interesting tid-bit I just realized. Correct me if I am wrong but the New Orleans Saints were the only dome team that made the playoffs.

I like most of what you said but I like the home field advantage aspect of the playoffs and I like being in the dome and making as much noise as possible.
GREAT idea about the instant replays if they could manage to not slow the game down too much.
I also like overtime, it just adds excitement. I would like to see another format though. I don't like sudden death.
I agree about the player suspensions with PEDs. I think its a little harsh to suspend the coach though if it is only one player. Now if you have 3 or 4 players that are caught like in Seattle, that is not just one rogue player acting on his own, that is a team culture and is something that is being encouraged or swept under the rug and the head coach should absolutely be held accountable. In this case I think a year suspension and loss of draft picks for the head coach and team are warranted.

I would make it a finable offense against any officiating crew evertime they pick up a flag thrown against Luke Kuechly.

Why should a team be limited to how many challenges they make if the challenge is up held? If you challenge and win you get to keep all of your challenges. If you're out of time outs you can still challenge but if you lose it's a delay of game.

If you win three challenges in a game the HC gets to slap the **** out the head referee.

I MIGHT consider changing the Super Bowl to Saturday. No work in the morning (although I work Saturday nights, but I am thinking of the majority) so people can party even harder and I bet ratings would increase.

If I were Godhell I would castrate myself and send my goodies to Sean Payton.

far too logical to move it-
-that would shorten the longest two weeks in sports by a day
-help out immensely with travel plans (commuters still fly Monday am)
-shift the entire game to primetime in the east, and more of it in pt in the other time zones = more commercial $
-improve productivity in almost every business in America Monday morning

The first SB's kicked off at 1:00 eastern. Now it is an all day commerce-based holiday as financially impactful as x-mas, Valentine's, or Mother's Day.
