He has started playing special teams more so I could see a re-structure 2 or 3 year deal near vet minimum, but there's probably a team out there that needs a traditional SS so he may get some decent offers elsewhere. Don't think Harper will be cut. He might get traded though. Will Smith will DEFINITELY not be back in black and gold though. Malcolm Jenkins and Mark Ingram will be back in 2014.
