Payton, Sherman exchange compliments
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Truth is, he's not a "thug". He's probably one of the smartest guys in the league, doesn't have any public off-field issues, and seems to be the only guy on Seattle's defense who plays the game the right way. So ...

So what if he cut one interview that looked like he was auditioning for the WWE after retirement, proclaiming himself the "Best corner in the game". It's not bragging if you can back it up, and he does. He really is the best corner in the game...right now. You can ask Nnamdi Asomugha and Derelle Revis how fleeting that title can be, but he holds it currently. |
