Lamarcus Joyner
I just finish watching him a little more , and I really believe he is a great fit for the Saints at FS. He can play ball hawk , but what makes him a Saints fit is that he can rush the passer. I think he can slip to us in the 2nd, and if he does I definitely think we would take him

Re: Lamarcus Joyner
Gil Brandt likes him a lot and Gil knows talent.

Re: Lamarcus Joyner
I guess he can be our Tyran Mathieu
|
Re: Lamarcus Joyner
He's so small... But like you said Showtime, maybe he can be our Tyrann Mathieu. Now that I think about it Eric Weddle is only like 5' 11" and that hasn't stopped him from being great.

Re: Lamarcus Joyner
Yep Chris, I love the fact that he is just always around the ball

Re: Lamarcus Joyner
the skill set is there with out a doubt but going pro against bigger stronger WR i think will eat the kid alive. his size worries the heck out of me

Re: Lamarcus Joyner
But he wouldn't have to go against them much if he plays center field like earl Thomas , Vaccaro can be out cover Safety

Jason David - 5' 8" Know the thread was to suggest him as a FS, but 5' 8" isn't just 5'8"... There's arm length (wing span) and overall size... Your faster 6' 2" receivers that aren't even elite (i.e. Meachem, Floyd, etc) will run right past and catch the ball over his outstretched defense all day... |
Re: Lamarcus Joyner
Tyran Mathieu is 5'9 , he is doing great. Earl Thonas is 5'10 nd was arguably the defensive player of the year. This kid is a play maker. I would take a chance on him. Saints need an explosive defensive back that's going to make plays night in and out
