He has had a torn tricept and a torn pec. As to whether it can be healed depends on how it was torn, if connective tissue was town then it can be reattached, if the belly of the muscle it self came apart, then there isn't much that can be done.

he needs to work on elongating the muscles. reps vs max out
bulk looks good on the beach but it needs to balanced in sports. common training room mistake.
