The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports it's "no guarantee" the Saints will tender restricted free agent Joe Morgan.
Reporter Larry Holder believes the Saints would like to re-sign Morgan for less than the "low" tender of $1.39 million. An emerging deep threat in 2012, Morgan missed all of 2013 with a torn ACL. Morgan has rare speed, but injuries have limited him to 14 games in three years. Feb 25 - 5:28 PM

I'd be surprised if he is still on the roster the start of the 2nd round of the draft.
