Market value could be set! $6m for DLP and $7m for Strief....not sure the Saints can afford both!

DLP is not a top 5 Center so that is not his market value.
3 Sacks / 3 Hits/ 9 hurries / and 15 pressures puts him in the bottom 33% of the Centers.

DLP didn't play any better last year than he did the previous year and last year he was paid 2m. Thats about what he is worth at best.

I normally do not put too much stock in BR, but I believed they used PFF stats. According to this link DLP is #9 and #17 the year before.

Yea, PFF has him ranked in top 5 by %, but when I sorted by actual stats SACKS, Etc.... He is in the bottom 30%. Those numbers are his protection numbers and what matters in my opinion.

Morgan, Bush & Collins- $2.2 million each
Strief- $7 mill
DLP- $6 mill
Graham- $12 mill

We need an up grade at Center. Mack would be great but I do think we will draft a stud Center.

Question.. I don't know and am not in a position to research right now.

Does his build and skill set fit our zone blocking scheme? I think we've learned that a bad fit doesn't work out well.

An above average talent but a good fit will be a lot more successful than a great talent that is a bad fit.
