Saints increasing ticket prices | ProFootballTalk

from PFT: With the Superdome constantly sold out, the Saints could have been raising ticket prices every season. For three seasons in a row, they hadn’t.

According to Jeff Duncan of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, the Saints have sent out a notice to season-ticket holders that, this year, the prices are rising.

Please... Undefeated at home for 2 of the least 3 seasons. And only increasing around $10 per game? That's incredible for season ticket holders.

Look at resale value. Tickets are going for 30-50% some game DOUBLE face value. We're lucky the
NFL hasn't figured out how to recoup more of that money for itself.

still very reasonable, and only makes good business sense to close the gap in the secondary market
I sell my second set for every game and it almost pays for the first set entirely

Don't forget Louisiana is still paying the Saints to remain the New Orleans Saints, and re-upped until 2025.
Benson made the deal of a lifetime there, including inflated rent charges, $5 mil in cash annually, big Superdome renovation dough, and, get this: every time New Orleans hosts a Super Bowl, Benson gets $5 mil just because.

I really don't have a problem with the slight increase, but Tom certainly doesn't need it.
